By using registry editor we can easily control our USB port. For doing this job –
(1) Go to RUN and type regedit then press Enter
(2) Now go to : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > System > Current Control Set > Services > USBstor
(3) From USBstor on right pane there is Start. Double click on it
(4) Now if you want to disable your USB port then put 4 in “Value data” box or put 3 in the same box to enable that.
